...not that I'd know personally, but that is the overall message at Pizzeria Libretto, the new restaurant just off the corner of Dundas and Ossington, on the latter. Went there last night with a friend before Dejour's Kyle did his monthly gig at Baby Huey's, and came away impressed. The wine list looked impressive, but since we were just grabbing a quick snack, the lady friend and I shared the simple Margherita (tomato, basil, and Fior de Latte mozza). The great thing inherent in their cooking process is that you hardly have to wait for the pizzas; I think we maybe waited five minutes. It was light and perfectly crispy, yet surprisingly filling. Definitely worth a look, even if the area isn't your norm.
